Business Meeting



Village Baptist Church, like many Baptist churches, is a democracy.  At the quarterly Business Meeting,
such as the one pictured on this page, each member of the congregation has a vote.  In addition, any
non-member may attend and speak. The meeting is conducted by a moderator who is elected annually. 
All the business of the church, including the membership, the budget, and policy, is conducted by vote
of the Business Meeting.
